Default New whole house filter set up

I wanted to find out if I can configure a set up with 20" big blues to eliminate chloramine, fluoride and have good drinking water. I was planning to buy both ro system and a whole house system but I want to save money if I can and just get one. Already, I was planning to buy a chloromine filter but what other filter do you recommend for drinking water and eliminate fluoride? I am not so concerned about hard water.

Thanks.
