Filtered water comes out white cloudy substance

Our filtered water comes out with a white cloudy substance that dissipates a bit over time but on the surface of the water has a soapy like appearance. Could you help me out?

These are nothing more than air bubbles. They will go away after a
few days, especially if you use the system alot. It's caused by
trapped air in the filters. There is nothing to worry about.

If it is white cloudy substance then it might be bacteria bloom. Filtration will not remove a bacteria bloom in your tank. You need to determine what is feeding the bloom.
