Hytrex cartridge filters...what's compatible?

Are there any cartridge filters that are compatible with Hytrex cartridge filters? (Hytrex cartridge filters 50 micron: GX 50-20" & ytrex cartridge filters 10 micron: GX 10-20").

The Pentek filters are exactly the same as the GE Hytrex in every specification.
