Water Filters made Easy At![]() |

| We need a filtration system to filter contaminants from a retrofit solar thermal heating system. The estimated flow is 300 gallons/minute. Multiple filters piped in parallel would be permissable. Temperatures would be in the range of 180oF+/-10. Can you help? |

| I believe we can help you, but we need a bit more information. What micron rating do you wnat the filters to be, as this will affect the overall flow rate, and affect the size of the housing. Are you filtering water? Did you correctly indicate the flow rate would be 300 Gallons Per MINUTE?? That's quite alot, and I want to confirm that this is correct. Thank you, WaterFilters.NET |

| Particles the size of 50-75 microns would be our target. We are filtering a 30% mixture of propolyne glycol and water through an old solar thermal heating system that MIGHT have scale and rust in areas that we can not inspect. There are six pumps rated at 50 gal./minute. The filter would, after a performance period, be removed and moved to another installation. Any information you might be able to give us would bee appreciated. Thank you. |

| We have just what you need. Attached please see the specs for the L882, which is available in either carbon or stainless steel. This is a bag filter housing designed for high flow. It will receive filter bags like these: Pentek NMO100P2S Filter Bags 255068 Nylon Bag Filters which are available in a large variety of micron ratings to suit your needs.
