Default softner acts like it is running all the time
Hello there,

I have to open the bypass valve to get pressure, and the softner acts like it is running all the time. Any thoughts would be helpful.

A little more information, please. What make and model do you have? How old is it? Are you on well or city water? What were your water test results?
