Default Wro-3000

I have one of your systems;and under sink filtration system (I believe it is a wro-3000). I changed the filters the other day and the system quit working, does not allow water to enter the tank, all valves are open..Is this an air pressure issue? Can you help me? I did remove the caps off of the filters also. Thanks

If you changed all the filters including the membrane, you need to let the system run wide open for several hours before water will permeate the membrane. If you didn't change the membrane, then I am not real sure what would be wrong. Maybe the pressure in the tank is off. It should be about 8psi when empty and about 35psi when full.

Thank you,
