Default Culligan SY2650

I purchased and installed a Culligan SY2650 a year ago. Last weekend, after being away from home for about 30 hours, I came home to find the faucet had broken and water was spewing all over. Made quite a mess. Has anyone heard of this problem before? It looks like a plastic tube broke that holds the faucet to the sink.
Thanks,
