Default IF-10 (2002) leaking...O Ring?

Hi, I believe I have the IF-10 water filter. It is from 2002. It started leaking around the sides where it connects at the top into the base. I tried putting some lubricant around the o-ring but it still leaked. Do I need a new o ring or and a filter as well?

The IF-10 water filter has been discontinued by Teledyne Waterpik. They no longer make replacement parts or the exact replacement filter for the system. So, eventually you will need to replace the system since the replacement parts will no longer be available.

We do have replacement o-rings here:
Teledyne Waterpik IF-20 O-Ring 274300 and Instapure IF20 Gasket for Water Pic IF-20 Under Sink Housings
These are no longer made so once we are out, we won't be able to get anymore.

You can use the AP117 in place of the filter in your IF-10 system. It is located here:
Aqua-Pure AP117 Drinking Water Filter and CUNO AquaPure AP-117 Chlorine Taste and Odor Water Filters

When you do need a new system, we have many options and would be glad to help you find a replacement.
Whole house water filters and replacement wholehouse filters

Thank you,
