Teledyne Water Pik model # 734-2RF

I have a Price Pfister (Pfilter Pfaucet) Kitchen Faucet from 2003 Model #734. It has a water filter that is inserted into the main spout. This filter is made by Teledyne Water Pik model # 734-2RF.

Where can I buy some and what is the cost per filter?

I contacted Teledyne Waterpik to see if they still had these filters and they have discontinued them. Unfortunately, they do not have any stock left in this filter.
