Teledyne,Waterpik, Instapure 10 replacement filter

I have a Teledyne WaterPik, Instapure 10 and I can't find a replacement. Can you help me, please?

I have heard of the InstaPure IF-10 system but not the InstaPure 10 system. I'm guessing these filter systems are the same.

The InstaPure IF-10 replacement filter is the ir-10A but it is no longer made.

The only replacement filter option is the IR-70E from InstaPure. The flow rate of this filter is slower since it reduces more contaminants

InstaPure has stopped making these type of filters and are only making the faucet filters.
