Default SR-11 Shower Filter vs. Whole House System

We have a sr-11 shower filter but we now have a whole house system from culligan.
My question is: Should we still use the shower filter since we have a whole house system or should we skip it?

I would highly recommend still using the shower filter even if you have a whole house system. The shower filter reduces chlorine that is bad for your skin, hair, and some recent studies have shown it's bad to breathe as well when showering. The shower filter can give extra chlorine reduction even after going through the whole house system.

Thank you,

Actually agree with the previous writer. There is a big issue with chlorine still requiring reduction after going through the entire house system.

Chlorine coming through your shower is a pretty big health issue, particularly if you or anyone in your family suffers from asthma, or some other kind of respiratory ailment.
