Default Culligan Reverse Osmosis AC-30 system- leaking carbon filter housing

I replaced the filters in my AC-30 under the sink RO system and water is gushing from the u ring holes from the carbon filter. The O rings appears to be in good condition and fit snugly. I applied lubricant to them. There does appear to a drain/air hole running up the side of the housing which joins at the manifold assembly and wonder whether I am missing a seal on this air hole.

Any views on what is causing the leak would be appreciated.

Can't answer without physically seeing the problem, I think you need some water filter professional.
