Default Merlin RO w/ In Sink Erator Insta Hot System
Is there any reason I cannot run the output of Merlin RO clean water through an In Sink Erator Insta Hot system?

It depends on the PH of the Merlin output. If it's below 7 you
shouldn't do it until the water has been PH neutralized to 7 or above.
It could ruin your water heater over time otherwise.
