Default RO-2127 Storage Tank pressurized?

I want to buy a ro-2127 storage tank, but I want know if it comes pressurize or do I have to do it?

The tank comes pressurized. It is located here:

If you would like, you can purchase a pressure gauge to continually monitor the pressure in the storage tank:
