5 stage RO System with water coming out of the valve

I have a 5 stage R.O., when I went to check the pressure on the tank due to low output even after replacing all the filters and the membrane, there is water coming out of the valve that you check the pressure at. Is this normal, it is not just a little but a stream. Any help is appreciated.

Water coming out of that part of the tank is not normal. You may need to replace your RO tank.
Here is a very common RO tank:

If the water was coming out of the top near the ball valve, you could just replace the ball valve and not the whole tank.
