Culligan Aqua-Clear RO System

I have a Culligan Aqua-Clear R/O drinking water system. I am not sure of the model but it looks like the H series with 2 cartridges. The part number on the module(TFC) is 01000145 and the particle/carbon filter is 01-0008-27. I could not get either to come up on your search function. The tank had a label with 140x99 on the upper right can corner of its label as well as a Date Code of 31223194 perhaps one of those numbers is helpful to you. I would appreciate your assistance with purchasing the neccessary replacements for the filters and module.

The first two stages go in the two black housings. The third stage is the postfilter which comes after the black housings. Not all systems have this filter so you'll want to check your system first to see if you have the postfilter.
