| I am thinking of possibly replacing the carbon filters and membrane for my existing Rayne unit. It's a 3-blue-tube like unit under the sink. The part #s I got off from it are: Pre-Q5640-60, Membrane-TQ56B-50-FC, and Post-Q5640-60. I hope that will help in determining the appropriate type of replacement. We had the unit for more than 1.5 years; I believe we are very much overdue for replacements. Thank you... |

| These Filters are made by Omnipure exclusively for Rayne Water Treatment Systems. They look like a standard Q-Series filter and are identical EXCEPT for their unique thread pattern. Due to this changed thread pattern you can not use a standard Q-Series filter in their place. Because they are proprietary they are more expensive than standard options. We offer a less expensive option by suggesting that you replace your Rayne Valve head assembly with a standard valve head assembly. This costs less than a single Rayne filter replacement, is simple to do and in no way alters the performance of the system. It just modifies the system to allow you to use the standard Q-series filters in the future. http://www.waterfilters.netHere are the standard replacements you need: http://www.waterfilters.net http://www.waterfilters.net Here is the options for heads. You can choose whichever you prefer.
