Culligan Aqua Cleer 15

I am going to need to purchase new filters for my Culligan Aqua Cleer 15 soon...are there instructions on how to change them, instead of having Culligan come out and do it? Also the hose to the drain/overflow seems to run slightly all the time...is this normal and if not would there be a service/owners manual available as well?
