inline replacement water filter cartridge

I am looking for an inline replacement water filter cartridge for an ice maker in a Subzero refrigerator.

I currently have the following:

KLEEN PLUS POS-14 Filter System which was manufactured by:
It is about 6” long and has ¼” male fitting on each end.

The Kleen-Plus POS-14 is no longer made. We do have an Omnipure inline
filter that is 6" long and has 1/4" male fittings on both ends.
