| I am presently using GE FXWTC filters. The specs tell me that this filter reduces Chlorine taste & odor. I am searching for a filter with the same dimensions that reduces Chlorine by 99% not just taste & odor. What can you recommend? |

| The GAC (granular activated carbon) filters do the best job on chlorine because of the extended contact time. You need to get a pretty good sized system or else your flow rate will be reduced to much. GAC-20BB http://www.waterfilters.net This will reduce the chlorine to chloride particles, which has no noticeable taste and odor. This is the most traditional method of reducing chlorine. Thank you, WaterFilters.NET |
