Default Fluoride

I want a filter that removes the fluoride. Please provide your findings about the 2 parts per million and the 20 parts per million is harmful.

The only way to remove Fluoride at the whole house level is with reverse osmosis. This will require a calcite neutralizing filter and a storage tank with a pump. It can be done, but not inexpensively.

Here is an example of the type of system you would need: Cuno HP-300 Commercial Reverse Osmosis System and CUNO Water Factory HP300 RO System.
