Chlorine vs C8 Pentek Filter...Chlorine is winning??

I have purchased the c8 pentek filter in the past but still have a strong presence of chlorine in our bath water. Any suggestions as to a better whole house filter?

KDF media is far superior to carbon for Chlorine removal and several other contaminants including heavy metals. Try this: Pentek UDS-10EX1 Bacteriostatic KDF GAC Water Filter Cartridge and Pentek UDS10EX1 255800-43 The only other option is to go to a larger filter housing which will allow for larger cartridges, thus more media, and greater contaminant removal.
