lime and scale-free water!

I am looking for a filter to supply lime and scale-free water to my residential steam room generator. The water in my area is hard community well water that I condition with a sediment filter and ionic water softener. It appears that your Pentek TS-010L might do the trick. Would this be my best choice or what would you recommend?
