Default Fluoride = Healthy Teeth

I am concerned about having adequate fluoride in our water supply to prevent tooth decay in children. Is fluoride removed along with harmful chemicals and contaminants by residential water filters. If so, how is this issue addressed?

Fluoride is reduced by reverse osmosis membranes but not by regular water filters. In order to reduce harmful dissolved solids like nitrates, nitrites, barium, cadmium, you also end up reducing fluoride. It's worth it to reduce the harmful substances. Most people use a fluoride rinse if they have RO or even if you live on a well without filters, you should use a fluoride rinse.

Here is our most popular RO system:
PuROTwist 4000 Gold Series Reverse Osmosis System and PuROTwist 4000 Replacement Filters

Thank you,
