Sunbeam water cooler jug w/ two charcoal filters

A few years ago I purchased a Sunbeam water cooler jug that has two charcoal filters in it to filter tap water. I am having a problem locating replacement filters for it. There are no numbers on the old filters and Sunbeam has been less than helpful. Any possibilities on where to get replacements? If it helps, the tops of the filters' housings are threaded.

Many Sunbeam filters have been discontinued and are impossible to find. We would strongly recommend you purchase a new unit to save yourself the grief of a wild goose chase.
