Looking for Pentic bag filter replacement

I have a Pentic bag filter system and I don't remember what filter I need. My system is a 410-1 but I don't remember what filter I bought last time and I cant find a number anywhere. I remember it was rated a 5 for particles or something. Does that help? I need my filters soon because I'm on my last one.
