Pentek Polyester spun filters vs. string wound filters

I just recently ordered the following filters: Pentek DGD-5005-20 Sediment Filter

The filters I want are the same size and spec, but they are wrapped
with what looks like polyester twine. The filters I received are
solid foam. Can you ID the ones I want?

It is not nearly as popular as the dual gradient filter that you selected already and purchased. The one you selected is known to last a long time and be very durable.
