American Plumber = Pentek?

I need the replacement parts for an American Plumber Dual Filtration System model WLCS-1000 (with eletronic monitor).

Filter cartridges -W-250 Cartridge sold only as a set #155584 for under the sink.
O-ring (two) #151231 (OR-233).

I can't find these model# or replacement # on your Water Filters & Replacement Water Filter Cartridges for Culligan, Everpure, Samsung, Pur, Brita, Pentek, GE, and more The American Plumber model I have is W-40/WLC-R and WCC also stated on phamplet that came with the American Plumber Dual Filtration System.

Could you please help me locate these items?

American Plumber is made by Pentek.

Here is the P-250 filter set which is the same as the W-250 filter set:
