inline water filter for the hot water line leading to dishwasher

I am looking to purchase an inline water filter for the hot water line leading to my dishwasher. My home is 60 plus years old and the galvanized pipes are producing scale and sediment which led to the death of my previous dishwasher. Can you recommend a suitable in line filter for a hot water line that will work for a dishwasher?
