Default Inline Filter Housing to Prevent Lime Build Up

Hello, I am looking for an inline filter housing to prevent lime build up in a tankless hot water heater. I am also looking for a whole house sediment filter (well water) for a 1" incoming line. What products do you recommend that you have available?

Default Re: Inline Filter Housing to Prevent Lime Build Up

For whole house filtration you want a filter housing like this: 20 Inch Big Blue Whole House Water Filter Housing #20 from Ametek, USFilter, and Pentek with a filter like this for sediment removal: DGD-5005-20 Water Filters and Pentek DGD500520 Sediment Filter for 20 inch Big Blue Whole House Housings

For protecting your hot water heater you should consider a polyphosphate feeder. This is the cartridge: PCC-1 phosphate crystal water filter and Pentek PCC-1 hexametaphosphate crystal filters 155100 and the housing it would fit into: Culligan HF-150 WholeHouse Water Filtration Housing and Culligan HF150 System 151197 This would be pre-hot water treatment. If you want to capture particulate in the hot water line you need one of these housings: High Temperature Water Filter Systems and Hot Water Commercial and Industrial Water Filtration a sediment filter for high temp inside.

Thank you,
