Default Re: Washing Machine Filter

It is rated to 25 microns. A speck of milled flour is 25 microns, so anything larger than that will be captured.

This type of filter is intended to be a second level of defense after a whole house filtration system. If you have a high level of sediment, and do not have a whole house filter, this system will clog rapidly and frequently.

If you do not have a whole house filter, I can recommend some very inexpensive options that will serve you better than this washing machine filter.

Thank you,
