We originally thought we had chinese drywall because the A/C coils had to be replaced, appliances are failing and electrical connections are corroding (all with black on the copper) after only 7 months in this brand new house. An inspector came over the weekend and said that we do not have a drywall problem, but the water being highly sulfuric is causing this. So, I need to get a water system that can get the sulfur out (or a large amount of it).
