Does the GE TLC-150-EB have the flow control built in?

I am not positive, but I believe you need the TLC-150-CV to get the built in flow and control valve. See here: GE Desal TLC-150-CV Reverse Osmosis Membrane and Desal TLC150CV 1234408 Membranes
