Replacement FC1A Filter Question

Do you have the FC1A replacement filter for my faucet. Also, I was wondering how often I am supposed to replace this water filter.

For best results, it is recommended that the Culligan FC-2 replacement filter for the Culligan FC-1A be replaced every 4 months or 400 gallons.
