Default Culligan A30 RO System - 4 filters installed

I recently installed 4 filters in my Culligan A30 Reverse Osmosis system. First I did the 3 main filters and all was fine. I installed the in-line post filter a couple days later and noticed 2 things:

1) A charcoal color came out at first but trailed off - is that normal?

2) The pressure of the water has gone down considerably - it was fine after the first 3 filters, but after the in-line one, it’s almost a trickle.
Is that normal? Will it get better? Is the an air leak, or did I do something wrong?
I appreciate any information regarding these questions.

The carbon fines are normal, and go away after a few gallons. It is unclear to me why the flow is affected. It is very unlikely that the filter is the cause. Check your tank pressure. How much time is required to fill the tank? It's possible the filter is installed backwards, though I'm not sure that would cause the problem either.

Thank you,
