Default Culligan wrench for Kenmore undersink?
Will the Culligan wrench (or similar) fit the Sears Kenmore under sink water filter?

It depends on the model of your Sears Kenmore under sink system.
Another option is the strap wrench. You can adjust the strap wrench to fit any size of housing:
