Culligan Reverse Osmosis (serial # is AC 10164731)

I have a Culligan Reverse Osmosis system that came with the house I purchased in 2004. The unit was serviced in 2004 and all filters were replaced. I would like to know, what is the longevity of these filters? Do they need to be replaced now? The serial # is AC 10164731

The product pages show when to replace your filters, which range from 6 months for the sediment filter to 2 years for the membrane. The other filters need changing every 12 months. This assumes average conditions and usage.
