Our office has a Crystal Quest water cooler, and I’m trying to find a replacement for one of the filters. I don’t know the model number of the cooler, but the number on the back of it is: HL00244362. I hope that helps.

The product number on the filter we need to replace is: CL10RO T/33

I tried searching for this on your website, but did not find it. Do you have this filter for sale, or can you help us locate it or point me in the right direction? Any help is appreciated.
