Point me to the correct replacement for whole house water filter

I have a whole house water filter, probably around 15 years old, and would like to obtain a replacement clear housing. The model number is Master Plumber 583328, and the brochure that came with it shows a part number for the housing as 165947. Brochure also indicates that it was made by Ametek Plymouth Products Division and came from True Value Hardware. I don't get a hit on any of these numbers anywhere, so I'm wondering if you have an old data base that could point me to the correct replacement. If it's not the original part, I would also want to know if the existing wrench and O-ring will fit
