Ametek Model CMR Drinking Water System Under Counter

I have an Ametek Model CMR Drinking water system under my counter. The last of my replacement filters are nearly gone. I need to find filters or a replacement system. Please help. The cartridge filters are: P5 spun polypropylene CC-10 Granular activated Carbon CMR-10 Chemical/Metal Reduction Please advise me on filters and if necessary a system.
