Default You name it, the well has it

My daughter is on well water, here is the analysis:
Ph 6.9
calcium carbonate: 210
Iron: .36 mg/L
Manganese: .28 mg/L
Bacteria: O
chloride: 130
color: 25 units
odor: O
Sulfate: 36
Turbidity: 8.9
Sodium: 23g/L

Please advise as to the best, most efficient and cost effective filtration system. This well is on a lake. There may be an issue with close proximity to a neighbor's leeching field. My daughter currently has the dual gradient density cartridge DGD 2501-20, prefilter 25, post filter 1 (not installed yet). I think that's correct. Her shower filter clogged right up. What would you suggest?
