There are two different plans that would work for you:
Plan A: GE Merlin at every sink. Cold water only. .5 gpm flow rate approximately.
Plan B: Acid Neutralizer for your whole building.
There does not seem to be a plan C. Fine sediment filtration is not an option, I have confirmed.
Plan B would be your best solution.
