Turbidity events due to Glacial Silt I am about to buy a Harsmco Water Better WB90SC-2 with
HC-90-0.35 filters to filter water from the mains
for filling a tank for flow visualization.
The water in Vancouver occasionally suffers
from turbidity events due to glacial silt in the
drinking water reservoirs: 90% of particles are less
than 1 micron.
The mains can supply about 100 GPM at typically 80 psi.
I just wanted to ask if you though that the Harmsco
Water Better would be the best solution for filtering
small particles from a flow of 100 GPM. |
