1) You can add a large system for iron reduction OR iron & sulfur reduction.

As you can see, these are expensive systems so it may be useful to try a carbon cartridge filter and/or iron reduction filter to see if that helps before investing in a large system.

2) You can use the iron reduction filter system.

This system will reduce iron up to 3 ppm. The third filter in the system, the RFC taste and odor cartridge, can reduce some of the rotten egg smell odor that comes from sulfur. I'm not sure if you have sulfur in your water but sulfur is often a culprit when the rotten egg smell odor appears. Carbon cartridges can help with this odor but it depends on how much sulfur is in your water. If you have a lot of sulfur in your water, you may be replacing the carbon cartridges very frequently. Once the carbon is used up inside the filter, it can no longer absorb the sulfur and the odor returns. If you have a lot of sulfur, you may need to consider a water softener sized system especially for reducing iron/sulfur like the ones in Option #1.

The large iron system in Option #1 above reduces up to 30 ppm of iron. As you can see, the filter system reduces only up to 3 ppm whereas the large system reduces a lot more. If you have more than 3 ppm of iron in your water, you will need a large system instead of just the iron filter.
