 US-EZ-4 vs Pentex US 1500
In another thread, you mentioned that the Pentex US 1500 is the best non RO filter. Based on my reading on your site, I believe the Culligan SY-2650 is the same unit, however that's discontinued and replaced by the US-EZ-4.
I don't believe I want to do RO at this time, so I'm interested in knowing which of these two models are better. It seems that they have the same basic statistics, but the Pentex filters are cheaper then the new Culligan ones and the Pentex appears to have more options for the filters. The EZ-4 filters appear to only work on that model.
I'm leaning to go with the Pentex for the filter differences and the electronic sensor. Can you give me any advice on the differences between these models? I'd like to place an order with your company this week. Thanks for this forum and your web site. It really has a lot of great information. |
